SHIPPING AND RETURNS
TS Global will consider any application for a refund on a case by case basis. Typically, any non-standard product will not be available for a refund unless goods are out of specification or have defective materials/workmanship. Refund or replacement is soley at TS Global's discretion. If a product for return is a standard stock item, a re-stocking fee of 20% will apply to cover cost of freight, handling and labour cost.
To request a refund, contact us with your purchase details within sixty (60) days of your purchase. Please reference your order number or our Sales Order Confirmation number (sent to you via email after ordering).
TS Global wants you to feel secure with your procurement processing so if you have any inquiries or concerns whatsoever, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
TS Global is committed to your satisfaction with our service, so we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
If you do not have a preferred shipping agent or transport provider, TS Global utilises Mainfreight and Scorpion International so we can easily obtain costs for you based on your delivery requirements.
Delivery times vary depending on how far away your delivery address is from our Newcastle warehouse located in New South Wales, Australia.
Tradionally, goods are dispatched to our distributors every Friday. Dispatch on other days is available on request.
Can you ship to a different address than my home or billing address?
Yes, in fact we recommend you chose an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery. As most of our products are bulky and heavy, handling equipment may be required to unload the goods at your destination.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
TS Global does not ship to PO Boxes.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, while you are there please inspect our facilities and see firsthand the quality products being manufactured from start to finish.
Can I pick up my order from my nearest distributor?
Yes, we can dispatch to any of our distributors or most likely will refer you directly to them.
What shipping cost will apply to my order?
This is determined by the weight, cubic meters of the consignment, destination for delivery and terms of distribution. If shipping charges are required they are calculated on the order and are any estimate only.
What does the shipping cost cover?
Shipping costs include delivery charges and packaging materials etc for international requirements.
