Pulley Lagging

Pulley Lagging

Pulley lagging protects and increases the life of your conveyor belt and pulleys by absorbing the wear between these interfacing components. In addition, our design and construction improve resistance to slippage, corrosion and abrasion coupled with greater shedding capabilities.

Rubber Strip Lagging

Our rubber strip lagging is cold bonded to the pulley shell. It is manufactured in an easily handled 250mm wide strip and in either diamond or plain pattern. Our patterns have excellent shedding capabilities minimising build-up on the conveyor pulley.

Ceramic Strip Lagging

Ceramic lagging is available in either dimpled or plain tile and is designed to be applied on any drive or high-tension pulley. The dimpled tile is used solely on drive pulleys to increase performance. The plain tile is used on any non-drive, high tension pulley or highly abrasive areas to minimise wear.

Polyurethane Strip Lagging

Polyurethane lagging is designed to be applied on non-drive pulleys only. The advanced formulation and manufacturing process of our polyurethane results in a product with an extremely low DIN abrasion level that will last up to 4 times longer than most rubber lagging products. Polyurethane also offers excellent product shedding capabilities.

Polyurethane Hot Cast Lagging

Hot cast polyurethane lagging is designed to be applied on non-drive pulleys only. The hot cast style of lagging delivers supreme performance in bond strength. The advanced formulation, ability to increase thickness and application process of our polyurethane results in a product with an extremely low DIN abrasion level which will last up to 6 times longer than most rubber lagging products.

All rubber lagging is available in both natural and Fire-Resistant Anti-Static (FRAS) materials.
