TS Global Acquires Conveyor Partners' Hunter Valley Business
The acquistion strengthens TS Global’s Hunter Valley presence, expands its NSW site services and mechanical capabilities and introduces belt repair and splicing services to its NSW offering.
TS Global, an Australian-owned conveyor systems specialist, has acquired Conveyor Partners’ Hunter Valley business. The acquisition further strengthens its ability to support clients across the complete conveyor lifecycle as a single, integrated conveyor partner.
The acquisition includes a dedicated office and storage facility in Mount Thorley, providing TS Global with a stronger local base to support clients throughout the Hunter Valley.
TS Global General Manager Graham Holford said the acquisition was an important step in strengthening the company’s ability to support clients across New South Wales. “We are pleased to welcome the Conveyor Partners Hunter Valley team to TS Global and bring together the experience and capabilities of both businesses,” Holford said.
“This acquisition significantly strengthens our NSW operations, particularly across site services, mechanical works and belt repair and splicing. It gives our clients access to a broader range of conveyor services, backed by a dedicated local presence in the Hunter Valley.”
Holford said the acquisition builds on TS Global’s established national capabilities across conveyor systems, engineering, workshop services and on-site support. “Bringing more conveyor capability together under one trusted partner allows us to provide stronger, more integrated support across the complete conveyor lifecycle,” Holford said.
Danny Walsham, General Manager at Conveyor Partners, welcomed the acquisition and the opportunity it creates for the Hunter Valley team.

As part of the acquisition, 22 employees from Conveyor Partners’ Hunter Valley business will join TS Global, bringing additional industry experience and technical expertise to the business.
The immediate priority will be ensuring a smooth transition for employees and clients, with a continued focus on safety, service continuity and maintaining strong client relationships.
With an expanded local team, dedicated Hunter Valley facility and broader service capability, TS Global is well positioned to support the evolving conveyor requirements of clients across the region.
