Our production capability has been enhanced by the addition of a waterjet. This provides precision profile cutting services of polyurethane sheets and components, delivering accuracy, consistency and efficiency. This in-house capability allows us to control all steps within the manufacturing process ensuring rapid delivery times for our customers. 

The computerised waterjet allows us to directly upload a file from our design software to eliminate human error in marking out and cutting. The equipment allows us to manufacture custom polyurethane shapes designed to suit specific applications. The waterjet also eliminates safety issues associated with the use of knives.

Our cutting capability allows for high-accuracy polyurethane components with consistent dimensions and clean finishes. Our safe and efficient manufacturing processes allow for rapid production and reduced downtime for our customers.
