TS Global is certified by Bureau Veritas to ISO 45001, the internationally recognised standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Our safety management system provides a structured framework for identifying hazards, managing workplace risks and continually improving safety performance across our operations.

Our approach continues to evolve based on the experiences of our people in the field. The Plan It. Check It. If It Changes. Stop. Escalate It. initiative was developed from real site experience and reinforces the importance of recognising when conditions have changed from what was originally planned.

It provides our people with a clear and practical message: plan the task, check the conditions and if something changes, stop and escalate before continuing. By turning lessons from the field into practical safety initiatives, we continue to strengthen how risk is identified, communicated and managed across our operations.
